Annual Consent Form
We require an Annual Excursion Consent form to be completed each Academic Session. It is very helpful to the school – and hopefully convenient for parent/carers – if they sign this annual consent form as confirmation they give permission in advance for their child to take part in activities locally, such as outdoor learning, and school trips further afield. By asking parent/carers to give consent for these activities in annually, we hope to reduce the administrative burden on both parents and staff.
If parent/carers would rather not sign an annual consent, they simply advise us when the forms are issued and can then provide/withhold consent on a case by case basis.
Parent/carers will still be contacted in advance of school trips with fuller excursion details. This provides a further opportunity to withdraw consent if applicable.
